Last updated October 25, 2026. AlchemizeTV is a product of Ashtech Software. This page explains how copyright owners can reach us under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and how we respond.
AlchemizeTV is a software tool. It organizes the subscriptions a user already has with their own TV provider: it stores the provider details the user enters, lets the user arrange that provider’s channels into lineups, and delivers that setup to the user’s own players. Video plays directly between the user’s provider and the user’s device.
We do not host, provide, sell, or distribute content or streams. No channel, movie, show, or stream file is stored on or transmitted through our servers, and we cannot remove content from a provider’s service — only the provider can do that. What we can act on is misuse of AlchemizeTV itself: accounts that use our service to infringe copyright are terminated (see “Repeat infringers” below).
Send takedown notices and counter-notices to our designated agent:
Email is the fastest route and reaches the agent directly. A notice that does not substantially include the information below may not be effective under the DMCA, and we may be unable to act on it.
To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a notice must include, in writing:
When we receive a complete notice about material or an account within our control, we will act promptly: we will review it, disable access to material we control where applicable, notify the affected account holder, and — where the account itself is the problem — suspend or terminate it under the policy below.
If your account or material was acted on because of a notice and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the designated agent above containing:
We will forward a valid counter-notice to the original complainant. Unless the complainant tells us within 10–14 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material or account access.
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers, and we do not knowingly provide the service to facilitate infringement. A user whose account is terminated loses access to their setup, lineups, and any remaining plan time on that account.
