AlchemizeTV is a player and a management tool for an IPTV subscription that you bring yourself. The web console helps you organize that subscription — its channels, categories, and program guides — and the player app plays it on your TVs.
We provide no channels, no content, and no streams. Nothing you watch comes from us: video plays directly between your provider and your device and is never routed through our servers. Your relationship with your IPTV provider — including whether your subscription is valid and what it includes — is between you and that provider. AlchemizeTV works with Xtream Codes subscriptions; it does not support traditional M3U playlist subscriptions.
You need an account to use the console and to pair players. Give accurate information when you register, verify your email, and keep your password to yourself — activity on your account is your responsibility. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. During the limited beta, the number of accounts is capped; when the cap is reached, registration closes until more spots open.
Prices are in US dollars and may change for future purchases; a change never alters a Premium purchase you already made.
Cloud renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime: cancellation stops future charges and your Premium + Cloud access continues to the end of the paid period. If a subscription lapses or is cancelled, the extra features lock — your account, your setup, and your players are not deleted, and everything returns if you subscribe again. All sales are final — see the Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
AlchemizeTV is in limited beta. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable — for maintenance, for problems at providers we don’t control, or for other reasons. We’ll work to keep interruptions short, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service.
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms — for example, one used to redistribute streams — with or without notice, depending on the seriousness.
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, Ashtech Software is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for anything your provider does or fails to do, or for content you access through your own subscription. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms as the product grows. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new date; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
